• This is a 3700 square metre complex housing:

• Scuba school and dive pool

• Amenities

Using our team we designed the electrical, security, data, evacuation and fire systems, the lighting and surveillance for this multi tenanted complex. We worked closely with the developer over 2 years and then liaised with the tenants to provide a turnkey solution to budget that everyone is proud of.

This project was won on open tender.

Challenges were the ever-changing plans and demands. This was managed on site and still bought in on budget.

The advantage of one contractor on site was that we managed the complexities involved in the changes and the scope allowed us the flexibility to act decisively and quickly.
